News from Annapolis

The 2016 Maryland General Assembly session is one third complete. The last day to file a bill with a guaranteed hearing date was Thursday, February 11th at 5 pm. So far the House has 1,504 bills filed and the Senate 1,004 bills. We know there is at least another 1000 bills that could be dropped late. THIS IS A BUSY SESSION!
